  • Yes, when you join a program, you’ll start from the very beginning to ensure a complete and structured progression.

  • The regular WaughFit App version gives you access to all of the programs and our lite community forum and free resources. The PRO version of the app unlocks two live Q&A sessions with Kyle, posture assessments, program recommendations and customizations, priority scheduling, exclusive member discounts, and a more engaged community experience.

  • Each Posture Solutions program targets specific postural issues like Swayback, Forward Head Posture, and Anterior Pelvic Tilt. These programs feature targeted exercises and stretches designed to correct imbalances, improve posture, and alleviate pain.

  • Absolutely! The Waughfit app is designed for flexibility, allowing you to work out at home, in the gym, or on the go. All you need is your mobile device to access and follow our programs anytime, anywhere.

  • You can sign up for personalized 1-1 training with Kyle directly through the app. Choose a 3-month or 6-month package, and Kyle will craft a custom training plan tailored to your needs, with regular check-ins and feedback to keep you on track.   • Choose a program based on your specific goals. Ask yourself: Do you want to focus on posture and mobility? Get back into the gym? Improve your strength? How many days a week do you want to train? Explore the programs in the Waughfit App, designed for all fitness levels and goals, and remember—you can switch between programs anytime!

  • The only programs that last for a certain period of time are the ones that state how many weeks the programming is. For example, the Swayback Solution is only 4-weeks long. If it does not state how many weeks the program is, it never ends as I am always programming more weeks.

  • We’re constantly evolving to meet your fitness needs. New and exciting programs and existing program content will be added consistently, ensuring you always have fresh content and challenges to keep your fitness journey engaging and effective.

  • Each program will say how many training days there are per week. You can move workouts around and delete them to create a training plan that fits your schedule within the WAUGHFIT App.

  • No. You can switch any time but you're only able to have 1 program in the app at a time.
